Review

This is a New Adult Romance that really deals with some darker elements and the main character (Cassie's) way of dealing with everything that happens to her. I felt like the romance really helped to cut through the tension and darkness.

The characters were relatable and I felt a connection with Cassie and what she was going through. Her friends were great for comic relief as well.

The main word I can use to describe this book is tension. There is sexual tension as well as a lot of built up tension with Cassie and her past and dealing with everything. Its a great read, and has a lot more substance than most Romance novels.
